2020-2021 STUDENT APPLICATION FORMS:

All the forms required to enroll your student(s) are included in the following PDF:

Please download and fill out the package for each student  All applications must be turned in to office in person by a parent/guardian with this yearʻs school fees for your student(s).

 FEES:

School fees MUST BE PAID at the time of registration. If you would prefer to email your enrollment forms and avoid the trip to the office, please ensure your fees are paid prior to sending in your forms. Fees may be paid via Credit Card using the HKM Store link: PAY SCHOOL FEES, or by calling the office at 945-1600.

RETURNING STUDENTS:

Currently enrolled students who intend to continue next year, please refer to the post entitled “Returning Students“.

APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED NOW!

The application period has been extended for a limited number of openings due to present circumstances.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms may be ordered online in the HKM Web Store, (when it is open – check with the office for schedule) or by calling the office. Purchases will be delivered at La Ohana.
